Myospots: Tongue Spots
Myospots Tongue Spots are small, dissolvable pads that are made from all-natural ingredients and stick easily to the roof of the mouth. They help guide the tongue to the right spot it should normally touch and rest on. It takes about 50 minutes for each spot to dissolve completely under the effect of saliva. This means that each spot provides almost 1 full hour of tongue elevation to help GUIDE your tongue to the correct spot it needs to rest on, and REMIND your tongue to stay elevated.
How to use Myospots tongue spots?
- Myospots are small, dissolvable, adhesive pads that adhere easily to the roof of the mouth by gently forcing them with your thumb against the hard palate (2-3 mm behind the two front teeth).
- Once adhered, the tongue is encouraged involuntarily and unconsciously to elevate and touch it. It GUIDES the tongue to the correct spot (where it needs to elevate and rest on the roof of the mouth) and it also REMINDS the tongue to keep elevating until the spot is completely dissolved under the effect of saliva.
- It takes each spot 45-50 min to dissolve completely, providing almost 1 hour of tongue elevation with each spot.
How to attach the spot properly?
- First, make sure to wet the roof of your mouth with saliva from your tongue (you can also take a sip of water to wet the surface of the palate).
- Force the spots gently with your thumb (2-3 mm behind the two front teeth) for at least 10 seconds).
- Remove your thumb and keep forcing the spot gently with the surface of your tongue.

What are Myospots Tongue Spots Made of?
Myospots Tongue spots are made of a mixture of agar and gums, which are all safe, natural ingredients. They contain Algae agar, cellulose gum and Xanthan gum, with small concentrations of stevia (as a sweetener), natural fruit flavour, natural colour and a preservative (potassium sorbate) to protect the product against microbial growth.
