Myospots: Tongue Spots
Myospots Tongue Spots are small, adhesive pads that are made from all-natural ingredients and stick easily to the roof of the mouth. They help guide the tongue to the right spot it should normally touch and rest on. Each spot provides a prescribed 40 minutes of tongue elevation training. This is to help GUIDE your tongue to the correct spot it needs to rest on, and REMIND your tongue to stay elevated. The passive exercise ensures minimal interruption to your daily routine, so you can use the spots during reading, working, watching TV or doing other activities without the need to dedicate time to focus only on your daily tongue exercise.
How to use Myospots tongue spots?
- Myospots are small, adhesive pads that adhere easily to the roof of the mouth by gently forcing them with your thumb against the hard palate (2-3 mm behind the two front teeth).
- Once adhered, the tongue is encouraged involuntarily and unconsciously to elevate and touch it. It GUIDES the tongue to the correct spot (where it needs to elevate and rest on the roof of the mouth) and it also REMINDS the tongue to keep elevating.
- Continue the tongue elevation training for 40 min then remove the undissolved spot residue.
- We recommend starting with 1 single spot daily for the first week of use, then increase it to 2-3 spots daily during the following weeks.
How to attach the spot properly?
- First, make sure to wet the roof of your mouth with saliva from your tongue (you can also take a sip of water to wet the surface of the palate).
- Force the spots gently with your thumb (2-3 mm behind the two front teeth) for at least 10 seconds).
- Remove your thumb and keep forcing the spot gently with the surface of your tongue.

What are Myospots Tongue Spots Made of?
Myospots Tongue spots are made of a mixture of algae agar, xanthan gum and cellulose gum, which are all safe, natural ingredients. They also contain small concentrations of stevia (as a sweetener), natural fruit flavour (blueberry, strawberry or passionfruit), natural colour (spirulina blue, beetroot or saffron) and a preservative (potassium sorbate) to protect the product against microbial growth.
